I have ordered from salon direct a few times and each time I am very happy with my product and the quality of them. They always arrive in a good amount of time and the packaging is always intact.

-0 start Unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. Yesterday, I bought a trolley but accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. I contacted Customer Services to fix it, but the person who helped me was really unhelpful and even hung up on me. Even though I gave the correct address several times, the parcel was still sent to the wrong place. When I called again, the same person denied that I had asked to change the address and refused to help, saying it was now the courier’s responsibility. My parcel is lost, and I haven’t received any solution. This has been a very poor and, unfortunately, all-too-common customer service experience. I hope this gets resolved quickly, as I work with professional products and often need items delivered fast, along with decent and helpful customer service.

Ordered three chairs from them and two arrived broken. I then had to go back and wait for another delivery for a replacement and I was sent a broken sink in error! Now I have to return all three chairs and the broken sink as they won’t have any more in stock for a few months. These chairs were not cheap and it’s been a huge waste of time and money, I’ve had to spend hours waiting around for deliveries and collections for nothing. So disappointed.

I am absolutely disgusted by the entire experience with Mccosmetics Melanopeel Professional Kit 3 Products. I spent £178 expecting a high-quality product, only to receive something in dreadful condition. The product not only stunk but also had gritty texture, like broken glass. I called the company and spoke with Helen, who initially seemed understanding and arranged for a DPD pickup. However, after a week, I received an email saying they found nothing wrong with the product and would be returning it to me. This was incredibly disappointing, as it felt like a waste of my time and hard-earned money. The product was clearly defective, and I cannot understand how the company failed to acknowledge this. In the end, I was left with nothing, but a huge loss. I highly advise anyone considering this product to stay far away – it's a scam and one of the worst experiences of my life.

I purchased these chairs 6 months ago and was very pleased. This lasted a short while as i realised that the chrome stands were covered in film, which soon began to peel from the metal. Very unattractive. This then lead to a discolouration of the product which is just unsightly. Customer services are less than useless, refusing to help with my inquiries about this. The amount paid for this product should guarantee this type of thing should not happen. Very unsatisfied.
