Absolutely — africanstores.co.uk is completely free for customers. You can search, browse, follow stores, read reviews, and save your favourites without paying anything. We'll never charge you to discover and connect with stores.

Visit any store listing page and click the 'Follow' button. Once you follow a store, their updates — new stock arrivals, offers, events — will appear in your personal feed. You'll need a free account to follow stores.

Yes! Once you've visited a store, you can leave a star rating and written review on their listing page. Reviews help the community discover great stores and help store owners understand what customers love. You'll need a free account to leave reviews.

If you notice incorrect opening hours, address, or contact details, you can click 'Suggest an Edit' on any listing page. Our team will review the suggestion and update the listing. If you're the store owner, you can claim your listing to update details directly.

When browsing, click the bookmark icon on any store card or listing. Saved stores are accessible from your profile page. You can also organise saved stores into custom collections like 'Near Work' or 'Best for Yams'.

We currently cover 12 major UK cities including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Leicester, Bristol, Nottingham, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff, and Liverpool. We're expanding to more cities regularly — if your area isn't listed, let us know!
