I'm sorry to say we did not have a good experience. I called up to check it scout badges could be added to a jumper and the price. Dropped them off to be told a week or two. Six weeks I got them back and each one was only sewn on at 4 places rather than right round it, as if it has been tacked on. My friend also dropped her daughter's off and that took even longer. She requested a zip to be fixed on her pram cover also, and after initially losing it, mistaking it for a cushion cover, then saying she mustn't have dropped it off anyway, it was found. She also eventually got this back, but in a worse state that it was handed over, with th zip removed before finding that it wouldn't fit through the machine. I feel awful writing such a terrible review but I'm hoping there is someone technically minded in the background helping run the website and what not who will step in because it really was a poor experience and we questioned whether there would even be business ess insurance in place should my friend have needed to claim for the lost, then damaged pram cover.

Brian was fantastic and helped me out in an 'emergency'. He was able to source a new zip and replace the broken one in my dress within a few hours. I was en-route to a wedding! Excellent service, very grateful to him for going the extra mile and at such a reasonable cost. Thanks Brian.

Brilliant service by Brian. Friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have a spare piece of material for my trousers which needed to be altered after a leg injury. Brian put my mind at ease and delivered a great service with a quick turnaround and a great price. I can now wear a suit for my daughter's christening without feeling self conscious!
