Pulled up for a quick cut, got me straight in but was a bit rude but probably because I asked for her number, -1 star, another thing aswell is that she walked away mid cut to film a child for a TikTok which I wasn’t best impressed however all in was a meh cut

Great haircut from Louise. A delight to chat with and Milo the spaniel is an added joy. Will definitely be back.

Came to Louise to cut both my sons hair, now this has been practically impossible in other places as both are sen with one being ASD and hates his head touched. Louise done an absolutely amazing job, patient, excellent in distraction techniques, so welcoming and understanding. Ronan won't let anyone else cut his hair and I won't take him anywhere else. Bit bizzare experience today really, I walked up to the barbers and it was empty so quickly went to another shop and came back and it was still empty and barber tapping on her phone so I walked in and was told "Im fully booked so I can't see you" which I thought odd as its being empty past 20 mins. I was also told I can't see you tomorrow either as im fully booked then too which again is odd as the website says there's plenty of appointments available. I left and decided to leave this review. I've been here before but don't think I will be back though, I would have thought an independent business would want paying customers not turning people away.
