After reading such good reviews for the salon I decided to book an appointment. I booked in for a free 15 minute consultation with Laura . Laura talked me through her ideas and what colours she would use and then booked me to have it done . I'm so pleased with the result. The salon is very welcoming and friendly. Laura took her time and did exactly what I wanted . I'm so pleased with the result and have already booked again for 6 weeks time .

I booked in for a restyle and a hair treatment and neck massage. I was offered a drink upon arrival, everyone was so welcoming (a great cuppa too!). I then had my consultation for my restyle which was very thorough, I was asked lots of questions to make sure my new style would suit my lifestyle, my hair and I would get the look I desired! The treatments and massages were amazing- so relaxing. Once my hair was cut, I was taught how to properly style my hair to make sure I could get the styled look myself at home which was really helpful! My hair looks amazing, and i feel great after my appointment. I will 100% be returning for any future treatments.

First visit and felt so comfortable and welcomed by all the staff. They are all so friendly but professional. Laura was fantastic and she has a passion for what she does. This is definitely my new salon loved it.

I always feel so comfortable at Rusa and it is a lovely experience. All staff are really friendly and you are well looked after! Petra is always really patient and great at listening to what you would like. She has cut my hair all different styles and lengths, and is amazing every time. I won’t be going anywhere else! Beautiful salon, with lovely staff, every person I spoke to was warm and accommodating. I had the very best experience. Special thank you to Melissa for her wonderful work and patience; with some help from Leni who was also very patient and kind during my appointment.
