Very long wait times, no urgency from the staff, even when there is people waiting, used to be alot better than it is now.

Had my haircut by a young lad today, great haircut and great customer service. Pleased with the service and definetly coming back again

Not a great cut. Full of young lads, who dont know what tapered means. If youre going to have young lads working you need to train them properly. More expensive than the Turkish guy up the road. My mistake, I wont us them again. Ill go up the road, get a better cut and pay less.

Great service today as always. Visited the Birkenhead store hoping someone could fix my 7yo son’s hair after a really bad cut at another barbers. Connor did a brilliant job. He explained what he could do, and how to manage the hair until we could grow it out a little for next time. He somehow managed to make it look perfect. It was busy, ready for back to school, but definitely worth the wait. Would 100% recommend.
