This has been our go-to place for our monthly meat shopping. However today, let alone poor customer service, rudeness from the staff sticking the items needs to be added as well. The names has "supermarket" in it. How can it be a supermarket when you dont have any trolleys for the customers? Only 2 trolleys outside the shop but they were locked to the barriers, after speaking to the staff they said the guy with the key is not here right now. Their staff who were stocking the aisles were using trolleys. So logically we requested to let us borrow one so we can accommodate large number of items, most of them heavy. A blunt answer, "No, we need these trolleys". Who are you stocking your aisles for? Customers or yourselves? If the answer is customers, how do you expect them to shop when you are not providing the trolleys? This is the first place where I experienced this kind of service and behaviour. Its like they dont want you to shop more. Hope someone with a right mind reads this and does something about it. Supermarkets have trolleys, thats a universal standard. And yes, those small black hand trolleys that you pull dont count. They are called baskets with wheels!
Amazing supermarket, really good experience every time I go. The place is always clean and well organised, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is genuinely good. Prices are reasonable and the offers can be really good at times too. Definitely one of the best places to shop locally, highly recommended.
I’ve visited this supermarket a few times, and I really like it. They have halal butchers with a great variety, including marinated chicken and lamb sticks—perfect to cook straight away in an air fryer or on a charcoal grill. The supermarket also makes some hot pastries in the evenings, which are really nice. I often buy nuts here—they have excellent quality, including Turkish pistachios, cashews, and more. It’s a little expensive, but the taste is tremendous. You can also find a wide range of Indian spices, rice, and fresh vegetables. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and well-organized. Overall, it’s a fantastic supermarket for people from South Asia, Kurdish regions, and others looking for products not commonly found in typical British supermarkets. I love going here frequently!
Lots of Asian food products on good bargain price. Bakery products is fresh and meat is also fresh 👍
my partner always talks fondly of this shop but today was my first time in here! i really loved the variety in here. never seen so many types of oil or tea! so many different nando’s sauces too. we mostly came in for all of the monster energy drinks that aren’t available in most uk stores :-D the staff were really friendly too
