If there was a zero star id put that on. I’m really disappointed with my experience. I bought a coconut that was advertised as “fresh,” but when I opened it, it was clearly rotten. The coconut water was brown instead of clear, which just shows it’s not FRESH. It’s frustrating to be sold something labeled as fresh when it definitely wasnt.

It’s a wonderful supermarket offering a wide selection of halal and Arabic products. However, having an online app or website would make it more convenient for those living far away or planning big shopping trips to place orders. This would be especially beneficial during Ramadan for many families. We often do big shopping trips there, and it’s been challenging because there are only two small tills at the entrance, leading to complaints from other customers about the wait. Adding more tills or introducing self-checkout options for smaller purchases could also significantly enhance the shopping experience.

Fresh produce catering for all Asian culinary needs. I really like the size and breadth of stock. The staff are lovely. The butchers has good quality fresh meat. Decent frozen section too.

Frequently been there for groceries. They’ve got wide ranges of spices and many other items. I am big fan of their bakery section, loved their tiramisu and dubai chocolate cake. Never checked out without a bakery item. They also have generous space for parking.

It has good parking area, variety of goods and comperhinsive. Nice Ramadan box. Some items prices are good but some are high. The negative points is with some items the price labeled on the shilf is different than in till computer which lead to costumer misleading, it happen with me 2 times and when I told the tiller that this price is different he just say that is woeker mistake, even he did not apologise and aske me to pay as per system price not per label price, this 2 times I discovered and it may be happened more I don't know. Everyone should to review invoice before leave and ensure prices are correct. Butcher staff are always talking together while many costumers are waiting and they are very slow in thier service, you can wait long time 15 min or more to get your order.
