Highly recommend I had a last-minute small repair that needed attention. The lady was very helpful and completed the repair on the spot, for which I was incredibly grateful. I cannot thank Charlotte and her team enough! I took my wedding dress to The Sewing Room West Kirby to be altered and for a belt to be added. I had multiple fittings and nothing was too much trouble. I was made to feel important and when I asked for a detail to be changed (that I'd initially asked for) it was not a problem. Charlotte and her team made sure I felt 100% happy in my dress and on the day I felt a million dollars. My dress fit perfectly. Charlotte and her team also altered a jumpsuit for one of my bridesmaids. I can't thank them all enough. I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to everyone I know xxx
