Good selection and the store itself is immaculate. The only thing that let it down was the customer service at the till, it was pretty dire to say the least.

I get my prescriptions sent here. Fantastic speedy turnaround and staff delightful. Great store for bargains and great rewards on loyalty card.

Blonde haired lady in her 40s needs sacking. She was really rude and aggressive for no reason. Also ripped up my receipt in front of me and when I kindly asked to see it, she started arguing. Won’t be coming to this store again👍

I Visited the Birkenhead Superdrug today and just wanted to leave a review for the lovely lady who served me at the till.. Caroline. She was so friendly, helpful and genuinely attentive. In a time where good customer service can be hard to come by, she really stood out. A real credit to the Birkenhead shop she made the whole experience so pleasant. Thank you!☺️

Oh I had to leave a review because the supervisor Ash couldnt be more helpful. My daughter is a rebel and is in trouble at school for dying her hair too bright, without me giving any backstory to the supervisor who offered to help, she related to my daughter and advised some brown hairdyes that would be ok wearing in school and ones that wouldnt damage her hair. I expected a battle of wills with my daughter but thanks to Ashs help, my daughter now has brown hair and is happy about it. Also I ended up buying stuff for my hair so shes also a good sales person. 😂. Anyway made up, thanks Ash!
