"Seams Sew Difficult"? I took a dress in to see if the neckline could be reshaped. The woman barely looked up and didn't even glance at the garment - she simply said it wasn't something she was qualified to do.. I believe in supporting local businesses, which is why I thought I'd give them a go, and I'm ok with someone knowing their limitations (although the website makes out they have qualifications from MMU so I would have thought a neckline reshape wouldn't have been beyond their capability) but what I can't excuse is less-than-polite customer service. My advice is: don't bother.

Fantastic friendly service with a smile and outstanding workmanship. Bought a top that was supposedly a 2XL but was closer to a M in actual size. Loved the top but couldn’t get it in a bigger size so Tilly worked her magic for me. Provided some material and a top for size reference and with a quick turnaround I have a perfect size shirt with custom panels. Super reasonable prices too, was expecting to pay far more. Julia was also a huge help and highly responsive via email contact to my queries. Would definitely recommend for all your alteration needs and will definitely be back should I need!

Fantastic service and great value for money! I brought in a jumpsuit to be hemmed after I failed to do it myself with Wonderweb! They did an amazing job and now my jumpsuit fits perfectly. I will definitely use their services again.
