It's a good place to shop for African meals.

They have very poor customer service I bought some things instead of them to Pack it or at least ask if I need a bag they just dropped my receipt and expected me to carry everything like very bad bad bad customer service have nice product and all but bad customer service

Havasterfeild Store is by far one of the best African food stores in Liverpool. It’s a family-run business, and that really shines through in their exceptional customer service — friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, you can trust they’ll do their best to stock it by your next visit. That kind of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. One of the best African food store in Liverpool. They sell mostly Nigerian food stuffs and fresh vegetables. The owners have good customer service relations. They are stocked with variety of fresh and frozen food. One a week, they have fresh vegetables and other scare foods which is really good. Their agege bread, baked in Liverpool, is the best I have tried. The check out was not very organised when I visited, I know this can get better.
