Bang average food, served by a jobsworth who didn’t want to listen to what we actually wanted! Wasn’t allowed to give me bread not toasted as it’s “for the toasties” even though I was happy to pay the toastie price. Dry, bland, expensive and not really grasping the customer service vibe in the Heswall Shop. The coffee was also putrid.

It doesn’t matter which cake you order in here, they all taste strongly of onions. The last lot went straight in the bin. I did mention this to staff in store, and wrote to head office but nothing has changed. Won’t be back.

It's expensive which I mind as long as you I am getting my moneys worth but they are so tight here. Especially the turkey batches. Try Wylde other side of road its much better.

Love coming here. Most items are made by themselves and staff are lovely. Happy to pay that little extra for quality and a decent size.

I bought some uncooked sausage rolls for my Mothers 90th birthday party. Jonathan went above and beyond to help . I cooked them the next day ( in South Wales) they were delicious, thank you so much !
