Business offered products only to be told these products were not available. Upon asking for a refund I was pressured in to choosing cheaper alternative products. I asked several times for the order to be cancelled and refunded to only be told “I need to ask my boss about this” I am unsure what happens to my money now, I’d be careful ordering online

I ordered a retirement cake for my mother in law, upon collection it was perfect but when I got out of the car I tripped and damaged the cake beyond recognition, I dashed to the shop and the ladies were so kind and so sympathetic and kindly replaced the cake without hesitation within 15 minutes and they made sure I hadnt hurt myself in the process! The cake was perfect and oh my goodness the best cake we’ve ever had so fresh so moist and oh so moreish! 8inch to serve 8 for £30 it served 11 of us huge slices! Thank you to the incredible staff for your kindness empathy and incredible skills we will be back for every occasion!

Delicious cakes and desserts!!!! My go-to cakes for celebrations. They’re my favourite place to order from and have loads of variety. I will always recommend this place. Staff are so lovely and efficient!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Cake Box. I purchased barfi yesterday to take to a relative’s house, but when the box was opened, the sweets had visible fungus/mould on them. This was not only embarrassing for me in front of my relatives, but also completely unacceptable from a food business. Customers pay for fresh and safe products with trust and expectation of proper hygiene standards. It is your responsibility to carry out quality checks before selling food items. If a child or anyone had consumed this product, it could have caused serious health issues. This level of negligence is shocking and has completely damaged my trust in your products and service. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and investigated properly.

This cake was amazing mum bought me it for yesterday thank-you so much I've had 2 slices can't stop eating it 10 out of 10 I make birthday cakes but not as good as this well done to you
