If you miss your food from back home you definitely have to come here. All the best snacks and the best biltong I've had in the UK (I've tried many places) nothing beats boets! Friendly staff and a great selection of treats. Will definitely be stopping in regularly to stock up on all my favourites

Just found my SA food fix in Wirral! 🍴 Boets Biltong has all the essentials - biltong, spices, snacks... you name it! 😋 Owner's super friendly, always keen to chat (sometimes too keen, haha!). Great prices too. If you're in the area, show 'em some love .

Great little Zimbabwean shop. Lots of treats from back home and always a good selection of meats and biltong. Nigel is super friendly and generous with his portions. It’s Much better tasting and cheaper than the Savannah stores and other biltong chains. Highly recommend.

This shop’s customer support is superb! Nigel was incredibly helpful and kind. He made sure I received both of my parcels quickly and was attentive to every email I sent with questions about the products. I’ll definitely be ordering again! My partner is over the moon to have some speckled eggs in the house — it feels like home! :D

What a surprise to be driving through Liverpool on a quick one night stop over to discover this little gem! Despite what people may say about “flags” one needs to remember that history will always be there, sweeping it under the rug does not make it go away. Things of old have a story to tell and South Africa is FULL of rich history (both the good AND the bad) one cannot be offended by history - it happened! Back to the shop. WOW an amazing collection of African nick nacks and memorabilia, shelves loaded with “home-away-from-home” treats and snacks. Just lovely to see! Might I add that the bolting is THE best I have tasted in the UK so far! Soft, wet and juicy with amazing flavour! Unlike “some” SAFFA shops I know (no names mentioned) this one is NOT rip-off expensive! Definitely a must visit shop if you are feeling home sick … oh yes and they can post orders to you anywhere in the UK 🥰
