I really love this store in Liverpool. They have all the African foods I miss from home, always fresh and affordable. The staff are warm and welcoming too , feels like a little piece of Africa right here

I was looking for an African shop to get some stuff to cook for colleagues at work and came across couple on google- this shop attracted me because of their reviews. Even though they were further away from my location, I drove there. My experience in the shop was exactly the reviews I saw. In fact, this is good customer service. One of a kind. The shop staff were both respond kind. The lady was very helpful and helping me take stuff out of the freezer. Despite telling her to just point to where the things are, she insisted and came to assist. The man also was so kind and was even telling me what meat goes well with what I want to cook. They ensured, I had everything I wanted and was very helpful. In fact, this is more than 5* treatment. Thank you so much for your help. I am grateful and will definitely come back. Please whatever you are doing, keep doing it- we like your customer service.
