If I could give zero stars I would... extremely bad customer service and the lady is very very very rude. Please stay away for your own good. It's appalling that similar negative reviews have been given about their attitude in this place yet they've not even changed! Shows they are well aware of what they're doing.

Listen to the reviews everyone, this lady who works the front desk is extremely rude! I went in today, no hello or even acknowledgement that I was even in the shop, went to pay asked how much as there are no prices on anything (very overpriced) and she ignored me. Then I saw the price and paid via card, asked if this had gone through she then ignored me and then told me ‘go’ Very very rude probably the worst customer service I’ve had, the whole time she was eating and talking on the phone. Steer clear of this place there’s a lot nicer shops specialising in African foods in the area

I can confirm that the guy I met at the store, perhaps is the owner of the place has attitude problem. He ignored me while asking him a question and was attending to a lady who came after me. Very rude. Of course I will stop patronising them immediately am aware of any other Nigerian shop selling stuff like theirs

Horrible attitude from shop owner and his female assistant.. zero customer service and appreciation. Been a couple of times and there is always a reluctance to show u where stuff is. They would rather chat away and make u feel like they are doing u a favour. Never again

This is the worst shop I have ever been when it comes to customer service! The items are overpriced and they will not give you receipt for goods bought. Payment system doesn’t always work, you will be asked to transfer money to a bank account; who does that? The shop assistant is very nonchalant and rude! If you’re lucky, the shop might be open when you visit, they open whenever they like. The only good thing about the shop is that they have more African food stuffs than other shops.
