Reviews of Primark

This place has really gone down ,a couple of tills for cash and returns ,always have to que for these ,loads of self scan if your paying by card ,took the homeware section away and to top it all off staff are rude and miserable .

Not the greatest primark but better than others

I don't normally write reviews on shops. Queues, itratation, is the norm but today was far from it Now I know, as a 53 ur old woman, I have a tendency to talk to myself, hum songs etc but the staff in primary birkenhead literally had me in tears with their very rude behaviour, the guard was especially over the top and the female staff thought my distress was humorous. I'm just at a loss at what I did that warranted that reaction

The shop changed there are now more self checkout services than tills. Which is a lot faster than before. Still nice to drop in looking around lots of variety of clothes. Recently bought a Hello Kitty sweater which was £18 discounted for 10.

Good place for home wear, and some essential stuff, good value for money.
