Asun
Pronounced AH-shun

Asun is a spicy Nigerian dish of grilled or roasted goat meat cut into bite-sized pieces and tossed in a hot, savoury sauce of scotch bonnet peppers, onions and seasoning. Smoky from the grill and fiery with pepper, it is a much loved party and small-chops dish, especially among the Yoruba, served hot as a starter or finger food with drinks.
