Method

How to make it

Step 1Boil Water

Bring water to a rolling boil in a pot.

Step 2Mix

Turn down heat and gradually add flour while stirring vigorously with a wooden spatula.

Step 3Steam

Add a splash of water, cover and let steam for 3 minutes, then turn again until perfectly smooth.

  • Use a strong wooden spoon to get the lumps out.
